Obstacles & Successes:
Obstacle: My obstacle during this project was putting everything together towards the end of my project. Also, making a topic so plain and statistical, interesting.

Success: It was very helpful to have everything in steps to go by. For example, I would not have had the research information to present on my power point if it wasn't for my junior research paper. I also would not of been able to create this website for everyone to see, without the steps on how to do so. Also, my mentor was a huge part of my success! I would not of been able to realize what it takes to work in the medical field today, without her.
My Mentor
My mentor was Beth Greene, a Registered Medical Assistant at Johnston OBGYN of Smithfield NC. Beth juggles this tough job on top of being a wife, a mother, and sees everyday problems just like anyone else in the world. Beth helped me by demonstrating the life of an Medical Assistant, by showing me the pros and cons, and by teaching me not only the tasks of a Medical Assistant, but also what it takes to work in the Medical field. My mentor works very hard at her job, and strives to help others.
